Terms of Service
Rapid Pilot (that's us, the company) owns and runs the games and the website at rapidpilot.com, along with any related services. We're calling all of this "the Services." Read through these terms carefully. By using the Services, you're saying you accept them. If you don't accept them, don't use the Services or any of their content. We might change these terms, and if you keep using the Services after we make changes, that means you're accepting the new version. Any new features we add will follow these terms unless we say otherwise. Check back here once in a while to see if anything's different.
GAMING & CONDUCT RULES
We built the Services around community, fairness, integrity and having a good time, so please follow the rules and enjoy yourself. This part of the Terms covers account creation, what you can do in the game, and what's not allowed. User Accounts. You get one account per platform or device, though we think it's better to just have one account everywhere. If you decide to keep multiple accounts on different devices anyway, they absolutely cannot interact with each other. If we find out they have, we might ban one or more of them, reset them, or do something else to penalize you. Virtual Goods Transfers & Account Sales. You can't sell, transfer, or trade any content from the game for real money. This includes virtual currency and virtual items. If you try, you're breaking these terms and we might ban you for life or take legal action. All sales of virtual goods and virtual currency are final, no refunds. Virtual currency and goods have no real-world value and can't be converted to actual money. We have complete control over virtual currency and goods and can change, regulate, modify, or delete them whenever we want, and we're not responsible to you for doing that. You're responsible for anything charged to your account, whether you did it or someone else who had access to it did. If your account gets terminated or suspended for any reason, you lose all virtual goods and currency. General Conduct & Prohibited Acts. Some things just aren't allowed, and here they are. You can't: Use the Games if you're under 13. Pick a character name that disrespects other players. Use Bots, Auto-Clickers, Hacks, Exploits, or anything else we've said is against the rules in the Games. Call out other players for cheating in the game through any channel we have, like forums, comment walls, status messages, or chat. If you really do think someone's cheating and have proof, contact us directly using our contact form instead. Upload, post, email, transmit, or share anything on the Services that's unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, libelous, invades someone's privacy, hateful, or racially or ethnically objectionable. This also means nothing that encourages crime, causes legal problems, breaks any law, or is otherwise objectionable. Post anything that violates someone's intellectual property rights or privacy and publicity rights. Share anything you don't have the right to share. Make false or misleading statements or create a false impression, whether on purpose or not. This includes pretending to be someone else or our staff, or anything that could hurt or harm kids. Mess with or disrupt the Services, the security features, or any servers or networks connected to them. Don't ignore any requirements, procedures, policies, or rules for connected networks. Don't test, scan, or probe any system or network for vulnerabilities. Don't break or get around any security or authentication measures. Break any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation, whether you mean to or not. Resell the content of the Services, access to them, or anything inside them. Do anything else these Terms say you can't do. Action by Company. If you do any of the prohibited things above, we might delete your post or thread from chat, forums, or profile walls. Your account might be limited, blocked, suspended, or terminated temporarily or permanently depending on how bad it was, or we might take other action we think is appropriate. Availability. We can change, suspend, or stop the Services whenever we want for any reason and without warning. The Services might not be available sometimes because of maintenance or computer or network problems or other stuff. We might add information and materials to the Services without telling you. We reserve the right to update and change the Games whenever we feel like it or think it's necessary.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, OWNERSHIP AND CONTENT RULES
We take intellectual property seriously. This part of the Terms explains who owns what and how the information and technology in the Services work. Copyright and Trademark Information. The Services, everything in them, and all the information and materials are owned by us and our licensors. They're protected by copyright law, trademark law, international agreements, and other intellectual property laws. All our product names and logos are our trademarks or registered trademarks. Everything else belongs to their respective owners in certain countries. Nothing on the Services should be read as giving you any license or right to use the Services or any materials on them through framing or any other way, unless we've said it's okay in writing. Feedback & Suggestions. If you give us suggestions, comments, or feedback, we can use it however we want in the Services or in other products or services we make. You're agreeing that we're not bound by confidentiality about it, the feedback isn't secret or proprietary, you have the right to share it with us, we can freely use it and commercialize it in any way, and you won't get paid or reimbursed for it. Content. Any information, data, messages, or materials posted publicly or sent privately through the Services is the responsibility of whoever posted or sent it. We don't control this content, so we can't promise it's accurate, truthful, or good quality. When you use the Services, you might see things that are offensive, indecent, or objectionable. Partner Terms of Service. We follow the terms of service from our platform partners like Steam, PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, and Epic Games Store. You've read and agree to follow their terms of service for whichever platform you're using to access our Services. Pay attention to what they say and don't break their rules, because that could get you banned.
LIABILITY AND RISK TERMS
So the Services can exist for you, we have to limit what we're responsible for. Here's how. Release. We don't supervise or control what members do with each other or with other people and companies. We also don't control credit card companies or payment processors. We can't verify who users really are or how old they are. We have basically no control over the quality, safety, morality, legality, or accuracy of things in the Services. Because of all that, you agree you take all the risk. You also agree to let us off the hook for any claims, demands, or damages from your use of the Services or any third party transactions. You're giving up any rights you might have under any law that would otherwise protect you in a release like this. DISCLAIMER. Everything we provide through the Services comes as is. We don't represent, warrant, or promise that the information and materials are correct, accurate, reliable, or complete. We don't promise the functions will work without interruption or errors. We don't promise we'll fix defects. We don't promise the Services or servers are free of viruses or other bad stuff. We specifically disclaim all representations, warranties, and conditions, whether express, implied, or from any law, trade usage, or dealing. This includes any implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, title, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. Anything you download or get through the Services is at your own risk, and you're solely responsible for any damage to your computer, lost data, or any other loss from downloading or using it. We don't warrant, endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for any content or materials on the Services, any products or services advertised or offered by third parties, any services you can reach from a link on the Services, or anything in banners or other ads. We're not a party to any transaction you make with a third party. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or other damages. This includes damages from your use or inability to use the Services or any information or materials on them, the cost of getting substitute goods or data, errors or inaccuracies in materials, property damage from your use of the Services, bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or any files or data that could harm your computer or communication equipment, or any other loss or damage from your use of the Services. These limits apply even if we've been told something bad might happen. The limits apply to the fullest extent the law allows in your area. INDEMNIFICATION. You'll protect us and our affiliates, officers, agents, platform partners, and employees from any claims, threats, actions, proceedings, demands, damages, losses, obligations, costs, and expenses including lawyer fees that come from materials you submitted, posted, transmitted, or shared through the Services, any way you broke these Terms, or any way you violated someone else's rights, including intellectual property rights and rights of publicity, personality, or privacy.

Here's some other stuff and legal information you should know about when you're using the Services. Links to Third-Party Services. The Services might link to other services we don't own or control. We're not responsible for what's on those linked services. Any third-party services or services you reach from the Services have their own terms and conditions, and you're responsible for reading and following them. Termination. We can stop your access to the Services or parts of it right away and without warning if we want to. We can do this if you break these Terms or any other agreement with us, if law enforcement or government agencies ask us to, if you ask us to, if we stop or significantly change the Services, if there are unexpected technical, security, or legal problems, or if you're involved in fraud or illegal activity directly or indirectly. When we terminate your access, we might also remove some or all of the stuff you uploaded. You understand and agree that we can make this decision on our own and we're not liable to you or anyone else for terminating your access. If your account is terminated or cancelled by you or by us, you won't get your money back and you lose access to everything on the site. Any termination by us is in addition to whatever other rights and remedies we have. Security. Information sent or received on the internet isn't secure. We can't promise anything about the security of communications to or from the website or that third parties won't intercept your personal information or other stuff. Updates. We can modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services, the content, or any part of it anytime, with or without notice. You agree we're not responsible to you or anyone else for making changes, suspending, or discontinuing the Services or the content. Entire Agreement. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Rules and Policies, make up the whole agreement between us about the Services and everything related to them.
